Ftira
At least it looks fairly right (a bit uneven), will be back with an update after it has been eaten....
Apparently the ftira was really good and the others had "hobz biz zejt" (a maltese delicacy, name meaning bread with oil but is basically ftira dipped in a bit of oil instead of butter, tomato purée, tuna, olives, capers and anything else you fancy) for dinner. R's version looks like this
