Rotavirus?
Yesterday morning J complained of stomach pain and before A had left for school she threw up! We thought it was all cause of her eating junk the day before at the birthday party but after lunch when we went to rest she threw up again, twice, so it was something more than that. When we woke up she had fever and before she went to bed I gave her paracetamol. She slept through the night but still had some fever this morning so she stayed home again. After lunch (she only had a chicken drumstick) she had diarrhoea but was fine for the rest of the day however some 2 hours after bedtime we heard her cry and ran up to find that she had done diarrhoea in the bed. Poor thing was so tired and confused. As I came back down after cleaning up I remembered that we had gotten an email from her nursery about Rotavirus and Im guessing that is what she has got, everything seems to fit. Vomitting, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, fever and cough and runny nose! Lets hope it passes quickly....
